All pallet manufacturing takes place from our five acre Somerset site. In addition to a comprehensive range of standard pallets, our modern equipment and manufacturing facilities enable us to produce bespoke, made-to-order pallets.

We deliver using our own vehicle fleet, usually dispatching stock items within 3-5 days. However, due to our large stockholding, we can offer 24-hour delivery on certain products if they’re needed urgently.

Additionally, Somerlap offer a pallet repair and reconditioning service, returning damaged pallets to their original state. If a pallet is damaged beyond repair, we will recycle the pallet in our woodchipper.
