We manufacture an extensive range of timber pallets, collars, crates, and boxes suitable for both local and export transport.

All pallet manufacturing takes place from our five acre Somerset site. In addition to a comprehensive range of standard pallets, our modern equipment and manufacturing facilities enable us to produce bespoke, made-to-order pallets.

We deliver using our own vehicle fleet, usually despatching stock items within 3-5 days. However, due to our large stockholding, we can offer 24-hour delivery on certain products if they’re needed urgently.

Additionally, Somerlap offer a pallet repair and reconditioning service, returning damaged pallets to their original state. If a pallet is damaged beyond repair, we will recycle the pallet in our woodchipper.
