For nearly 40 years, Somerlap Pallets have been manufacturing and supplying high quality, reconditioned and new pallets to customers across a wide variety of business sectors. During that time, we have continually improved our processes and invested in more automated and efficient machinery – including six, high production pallet lines and a newly commissioned scrap pallet shredder that can produce three tonnes (per hour) of renewable energy woodchip. Combined with a service offering that has evolved to better suit the needs of our customers, it’s hardly surprising that Somerlap Pallets are one of the largest manufacturers of new pallets in the south of England.

We can fulfill orders large and small (there’s no minimum order level); from fully bespoke pallets of any specification, to large scale orders of standard size pallets. This capability is backed up with impressively quick turnaround times.

With a work force of 52 employees, Somerlap Pallets process over two million reconditioned and new pallets every year, each time striving to exceed customer expectations.
