Somerlap Forest Products has been manufacturing and distributing high quality timber products since 1981.
Today, pallet production accounts for over 75% of the company’s turnover.

On our 5-acre manufacturing site at Mark, near Highbridge in Somerset, an on-going investment programme
has resulted in production lines with advanced and computer-controlled equipment that ensures the economic
production of an extensive range of both standard and non-standard items. Over 30 types of pallet are produced
and output of new pallets is currently running at over 750,000 units per year.

Additionally, a pallet repair and reconditioning service is offered where damaged pallets are returned to their
original state. Where a pallet is damaged beyond repair, our recovery service will collect, then recycle the
degraded material via our chipping machine.

Stringent quality control procedures are applied at all stages of manufacture and staff training is an integral
part of the Company's operating philosophy which is directed towards the provision of high quality products
and total customer service.

The protection of the environment is important to us and all timber used in the manufacture of Somerlap
products is obtained from managed, renewable sources.
